Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit email to or through 9Flavours computer systems. Any customer found to be using 9Flavours products or services for transmitting of unsolicited or unauthorized material, his or her account will be terminated
with immediate effect.

What is Spam?
Spam is unsolicited email also known as UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). By sending email only to those who have requested to receive it, we are following accepted permission-based email guidelines.

Double-Optin consent?

Every email generated from 9Flavours contains an unsubscribe link which allows contacts to opt-out of future emails and automatically updates contact lists to avoid the chance of sending unwanted emails to visitors who have unsubscribed.

Legal Penalties
Unauthorized use of the Services and products in connection with the transmission of unsolicited e-mail, including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender.
